I think if the first 4 sessions has been face to face it would have been more beneficial. The letter 2 face to face sessions were brilliant.

Try to avoid using telephone can selling whenever possible, or give people a choice. Loran was excellent however throughout.

I always felt uplifted when I came home after a counselling session especially after the first 2 with Sarah when I was feeling very distressed by my diagnosis.

Helped me to realize I am not the only person dealing with grief, we all are. Tat it is not wrong to feel these things and that there are ways to overcome the maintains and hopefully become easier to deal with.

My counselor was kind, caring and supportive she made a terrible time a little easier to bear. It was good to now someone had my back.

They were very polite all times and respected my deafness problem Julie wrote everything down for me that she wanted to ask me. I got very good help in my grieving and depression would use them again if needed and will advise people to use them.
